Well it seems they do not have the power yet to pull the plug yet, But they are working on the bill to do so.
It is scary to think they will have the power to just pull the plug on the net when they want. It might be useful in some cases, but that is a lot of power to have..
What if Google gets deemed a threat (very unlikely). Would the U.S just pull the network out from under them with partial cause because of the patriot act? something to think about.
